Shipping Policy
We'll ship anywhere, but we don't get a great discount on shipping, so if you're in Africa...it's going to cost a lot.
We can be very flexible with shipping. Please contact Sam if you'd like to set something up not offered in the store.
We reuse shipping materials (go green! Or, in this case, brown?) so don't be surprised if your order shows up in a grinding wheel carton (it's basically a mini pizza box).

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept liability for product defects - please make sure to read product listings carefully and ask questions if necessary. If you have an issue, we will do our best to make things right for you - but we do not guarantee satisfaction. Anyone who says they do is a liar. However, we really do want our customers to be happy - so please contact us with any issues.
If a package reaches you damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping company that delivered it. We cannot be held responsible for their mishandling. However, we will do our best to package things in a manner that keeps them from damage!
If you encounter circumstances not covered on this page or the terms and conditions page, please contact Sam as soon as possible so we can work things out to everyone's satisfaction!
Tl;dr
Shipping is probably expensive, and we have no control over that. We recommend local pickup on one of our scheduled pickup days.
We reuse shipping materials because we hate waste.
We accept absolutely no responsibility or liability for any issues that aren't directly caused by an employee of the Happy Supply Company.
Issues that can be caused by an employee of the HSC are limited to this list:

Receipt of incorrect product (will send the correct product or refund purchase)

Billing issue (will correct the issue)

Inaccurate product listing (will refund the cost of the item after it has been received back by the HSC, and we will pay shipping)
We reserve the right to edit this list at any time. Only items listed at the time of contact will be honored.
